What’s happening: On Monday, May 11 at 12:01 a.m. U.S. ET, Trane Technologies will launch the upgraded, cloud-based version of the ETQ Reliance Quality Management System. To complete this transition, EtQ will be Read-Only beginning Wednesday, May 6 at 11:00 p.m. U.S. ET.

  • No ETQ work can be performed during the freeze. The system remains available for reference, but no transactions will be accepted. (Read-Only)
  • Any items not completed will be resumed in the upgraded system after go‑live. (Continuity)
  • The current EtQ Portal will auto-forward to the new access point for 30 days. Users should update their bookmarks. (Access & User Action)
